Administrative route

Paternal route
Thesis on waiting time in the consulate queue

Maternal route
Maternal route thesis, that is, when there is a woman in the transmission line
The process of recognition of Italian citizenship through judicial means, that is, before the Court of Rome, based on the thesis of the maternal line: when there is a woman in the line of transmission of Italian citizenship, with a child born before 01/01/1948 (date of entry into force of the Constitution of the Italian Republic), being based on the constitutional principle of equal right to transmit Italian citizenship.
